Background: Family man living in Lancashire, married for 23 years with 4 children,3 grandchildren and a sheepdog. Worked in construction industry from leaving school, ran my own company from 1985 to 1992.Went back to university to sit an Accounting and Finance degree in 1992 aged 32.
Experience: Qualified 1999 as ACA, qualified in 2011 as FCA ,worked in corporate and forensic accountancy from 2000 to 2015.Finance director at Arley Homes for 18 months prior to taking on current role in march 2016.

Interesting Fact: I have moved house 19 times in my life.
Background: Leaving the army after 25 years, Kev moved in to H&S.
Experience: This was a natural progression from working within the MOD governance programme for 8 years, where he was the SME for all transport and logistics for MOD logistics audit team based in the North west.
Current Role: Kev was identified by CLS as a candidate to assist them driving there H&S culture forward, directing H&S and gaining accreditations. Kev joined CLS as a director in May 2016 and is well on the way to achieving industry recognised qualifications and accreditations.
Interesting Fact: A fanatical F1 fan and is the team manager and mechanic for his 10 year old son who is a national kart racer.
Background: I have been in the crane industry for over 14 years and I have worked for some of the largest crane company’s in the world.
Experience: I have vast experience of various heavy lifting projects and have worked in both onshore and offshore windfarms. Working with crawler crane up to 1200T.
Current Role: Senior/special Project Manager.
Interesting Fact: Scared of heights.
Background: Worked in Specialist Logistics.
Experience: Worked in Specialist Logistics from being an apprentice. I worked most jobs roles right up to the managing director role. Proven track record in delivering large scale projects throughout the UK.
Current Role: Managing Director.
Interesting Fact: I used to catch 4 buses a day and walk 50 minutes for my first job.
Background: Peter Hough brings to CLS a whole host of experience within the lifting industry from his early days as a plant fitter through to successfully driving a previous company to becoming a market leader in their field. Peter took the opportunity work with Dave Cassidy on a new venture and joined CLS as the Commercial Director to thrust CLS forward.
Experience: Peter’s experience, reliability, and professionalism coupled with his ability to drive projects forward, makes him the first person on many a client’s telephone list. Peter is immensely experienced in his field and remains hungry for success.

Interesting Fact: Peter’s greatest talent is still ensuring that Dave Cassidy never misses the laborious bus journey home.
Background: Wayne joined CLS from a 10 year career in Corporate Banking holding Senior Management and Director level roles for both RBS and Santander. Over his career he won a number of awards for Business Development and Banking but was keen to widen his commercial knowledge in the real world so joined CLS to do just that in June 2016.
Experience: Over his career Wayne has built a strong network of clients both in the professional services sector and also with hundreds of SME and Corporates across the UK. As a senior banking professional he has developed a strong set of sales, finance and negotiation skills which he has been using to great success here at CLS.
Current Role: Director of Sales and Customer Delivery.
Interesting Fact: Wayne was the youngest Director in the RBS Corporate bank at 24.
